From a spa collonade we will follow a red sign towards the town Hejnice, concretely to a basilique. It is definitely worth of visiting as this place is a significant place for all pilgrims. From there we will follow a yellow sign towards a camping site, then to crossroads which is nearby a valley of the brook Černý Potok. Just behind a gamekeeper’s house let’s it change for a green sign, up to Černý Potok waterfalls and later to an outlook rock Hajní Kostel (650 m above a sea level). Our return journey could be the same.
During this trip we can have light refreshment in a snack bar nearby the Černý vodopád (Black waterfall) in Zátiší that is situated on the right side of the river Smědá.
The route can be extended by a tour to a rock Frýdlantské cimbuří (Frýdlant battlement), which is situated 900 m above a sea level. It just means to follow a green sign and then change for a yellow sign to get to this very rock and to enjoy a fantastic view.
The whole route is about 12 kilometres long, extension means other 4 kilometres.
